Big Lotts Creek-grist, saw & rice mills

1891, November 3--- This Indenture made between Edmond Kennedy unto J.E. 
Groover, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $3000 
Dollars sold & conveyed his entire interest in 2 tracts of A.B. Riggs’ land 
numbered #2 & # 5, the former containing 136 acres, the latter containing 555 
acres.  Said land of A.B. Riggs was surveyed by Simeon Hendrix, Bulloch County 
Surveyor on the 26th & 27th of June 1883.  Lots 2 & 5 are bounded North by Wm. 
Donaldson, East by the high water mark on the Eastern side of Big Lotts Creek, 
South by John G. Williams, West by Wm. Donaldson and James Donaldson and the 
grist, saw and rice mills situated on and adjoining said tract of land & partly 
extending over the land of said Edmond Kennedy, also all the water privileges 
connected with or belonging to said pond or mills acquired from other parties 
by me from purchase or otherwise.
