1893, August 23--- This Indenture made between Edmond Kennedy unto Andrew J. 
Kennedy, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $1800 
Dollars has granted and conveyed all that tractor parcel of land situate, lying 
and being in the 45th District GM of Bulloch County and bounded as follows; on 
the North by Big Lotts Creek, on the East by John G. Williams, on the South by 
William Donaldson and on the West by the said Edmond Kennedy containing 555 
acres and also the grist, saw and rice mills situated on and adjoining said 
tract of land and partly extending over the land of said Edmond Kennedy not 
herein conveyed unto Andrew J. Kennedy to use, repair and rebuild any 
machinery, fixings and gearing connected with and belonging to the said mills.  
Also the right and privilege to back waters upon any of the land of the party 
of the first part sufficient to keep in operation the said mills and also all 
water privilege connected with or belonging  to said mills acquired from other 
parties by purchase or 
Otherwise by the said part.
