Lotts Creek mill tract

1892, June 9 --- This Indenture made between A.J. Kennedy unto W.H. Williams, 
both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $550 Dollars, 
has granted, bargained, sold and convey and by these presents do grant, 
bargain, sell and convey unto said W.H. Williams, one half (½) interest in a 
travct or lot of land known as the mill tract lying in the 45th GM District of 
Bulloch County on the Waters of Great Lotts Creek, lying on the East side of 
said creek containing 300 acres bounded North by lands of J.M. Ollioff, east by 
C.C. Simmons, West by W.B. Byrd and South by B.A. Daughtry.  Also one half (½) 
interest of running gears, grist, saw, gins and every appurtenance belonging to 
said mill.
