1857, Mat 14--- This Indenture made between Andrew Kicklighter Jr unto Mannen 
Kicklighter, son of the said Andrew, both of Bulloch County.  For and in 
consideration of the natural love and affection and $5 dollars, assign all that 
parcel of land lying and being a part of a survey originally granted  William 
Rushing for 700 acres and was cut off that was surveyed April 29, 18533 and 
begun on John B. Rushing’s East corner and run W24S to the Bay 23 chains and 
the Bay round to the Branch that  makes out of the Bay and down the Branch to 
the turn of the Branch and corner on a pine and runs from the pine N28E to the 
run of the Great Lotts Creek, bound Northby John G. Williams, West by John B. 
Rushing on the South by Andrew Kicklighter Jr. and on the East by Lotts Creek, 
containing 150 acres.
