Andrew Kicklighter Sr. - Great Lotts Creek

1840, November 1--- This Indenture made between Andrew Kicklighter Sr. unto 
Andrew Kicklighter, both men of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of 
the sum of $275 dollars, hath bargained, sold and conveyed one tract of land 
containing 300 acres being of 700 acres originally granted  to William Rushing 
Sr. lying Southwardly by Wash Branch, West by Futches land and vacant land when 
surveyed, Borth by Charley R. Nessmith, East by Great Lots Creek.  Another 
tract containing 200 acres originally granted Joseph Glisten, bounded SE by 
John Futches, NE by Big Lotts Creek and on all other sides by vacant land at 
the time of survey, the above tracts together containing 700 acres.
