1875, December 28--- I hereby certify that this plat is a true representation 
of a tract of land lying in Bulloch County originally granted  to Benjamin 
Lanier for 671 acres, but upon resurvey found to contain as noted and now 
belonging to Drury Miller, Sr. of the State of Alabama.  Divided by me into 
lots as represented;
G.W. Miller-210 acres
William T. Miller-252 acres
A.J. Miller-256 acres
Bounded by;  Rocky prong Lotts Creek, Dell Road, E. Clifton, Richard Gary, C.A. 
Rowland and Benjamin Lanier.
Recorded December 23, 1877
