Everett’s Mill and mill seat

1818, October 20--- This Indenture made between David Lee of Bulloch County 
unto John Lee of Screven County for and in consideration of the sum of $100 
dollars conveyed that parcel of land containing 200 acres lying in the fork of 
Mill Creek and
Spring Creek on the road from John Everett’s Mill to his mill seat on Spring 
Creek, adjoining lands of Powell and John Everett & vacant on the other sides.
Recorded February 15th 1857
