Ross Mill Tract

1863, April 7--- This Indenture made between Benjamin C. Lee unto Samuel L. 
Moore.  For and in consideration of the sum of $510 dollars, convey 129 acres 
being one half of the dam and all my right, title, claim on trust or demand in 
the Saw & Grist Mill attached to the same lands.  Bounded by lands of James 
Lee, the Estate of John _. Lee and the said B.C. Lee and S.L. Moore, known as 
the Ross Mill Tract.
