1886, December 31--- This Indenture made and entered into between Amaryich 
Lewis of Bryan County unto William Ahern of Bulloch County.  For and on 
consideration of the sum of $300 dollars cash in hand doth by these presents, 
sell all of that tract of land lying in the 47th District G.M. of Bulloch 
County, being the part of what is known as the Wrights Bridge tract lying North 
of the Denmark Branch and bounded East by the Ogeechee River, North and West by 
_.W. Smith and South by the said Denmark Branch containing 300 acres.
