1875, December 3--- This Indenture made between George Mallard unto G.B. Dames, 
both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $500 dollars 
cash in hand and in consideration of the natural love and affection, hath 
granted and conveyed all that tract or parcel of land lying on Mill Creek in 
the 1209th GM district.  G.B. Dames may be able to overflow or damage by 
building a dam across Mill Creek at or near his residence for the purpose of 
putting in a Mill.
