1810, December 1--- This Indenture made between Nathaniel McCall, Tax Collector 
for the years 1802 & 11 & 12 for the County of Bulloch, unto William 
Richardson. Whereas, by the laws of the State passed February 11th, 179_, Tax 
Collector shall after the 1st day of February next, did after legal notice sell 
____ hundred and fifty acres of pine land lying on the waters of Iron monger 
Creek on the West by land surveyed for John Martin, on all other sides by the 
Estate of ______  Lane lived on land sold by the Tax Collector, for $20 dollars.
