1809, June 22--- I do hereby bargain, sell and convey unto Francis McCall and 
assign for the consideration of  $150 dollars my right to 300 acres, reserving 
8 acres to Joffery Fletcher on the Northwest side, on the South side of the 
Great Ogechee River and on the lower side of Jarvis Jackson’s Mill Creek, 
formerly known by Fletchers Mill Creek, bounded on the South and East by 
Charles McCall Survey, above described land originally granted  William McCall.
Witnesses:							s/ David McCall
   David Goodman
   Seth McCall
Recorded November 23, 1810



1807, October 28---I do hereby bargain and convey unto Francis McCall and 
assign my right and title to a parcel of land containing 200 acres lying on 
Fletchers Mill Creek, it being part of a tract surveyed for Charles McCall Jr., 
where Francis McCall now lives.
