“Bulloch Times”

1897, August 30 --- Whereas I, Thomas A. McGregor of Bulloch County am indebted
to D.B. Turner of Bulloch County in the sum of $1000 dollars and as evidence of
said debt have this day made and delivered my own promissory notes, 5 notes for
$100 dollars each and 5 notes for $100 each to be delivered March 1, 1898, and
Nov. 1, 1898.  I do hereby grant, sell and convey the following described
property, viz: all of the outfit of the “Bulloch Times” newspaper consisting of
1 printing press, 2 Favorite Job Presses, 8 founts of body type, chase, leads
and on sherid paper cutter and every article belonging to and connecting with
the office.
