Warranty Deed
1887, November 5--- This Indenture made between Charles Millen and Amelia 
Millen unto Jefferson Knight, Robert Jenks and Henry Wilson, Trustees in Trust 
of the African Methodist Episcopal Church in the United States, all of Bulloch 
County.  In consideration  of the sum of $1 dollar hath conveyed the interest 
in a certain parcel of land, described as one half acre in the 47th District, 
bounded East  of the NW corner on the boundary line Estate of Samuel Reed land 
on the North, then running  East the length of the half acre, then running 
South the length  of the half acre, then running West the length of the half 
acre, then running North of the half acre back to the place of beginning where 
the church now stands.
