1853, December 13--- This Indenture made between James R. Miller unto Charles 
B. Turner, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $160 
dollars hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed all that parcel of land 
lying to the Southward of Spring Creek and between the two branches nearest the 
Ogeechee River containing 60 acres, part of a tract granted Hannah Freeby dated 
the 16th of April, 1795.  James R. Miller reserves to himself and the privilege 
of damming up Spring Creek for Mill purposes for and in consideration of which 
privilege he hereby grants unto the said Charles B. Turner, the right of 
opening and using a road through the said James C. Millers land from the 
nearest part of the bargained tract to the main road leading to Savannah.

State of Georgia    1871, September 22--- This Indenture made between Charles 
B. Turner unto Nancy Ann
Chatham County   Miller child of James R. Miller.  For and in consideration of 
the sum of $160 dollars, 
		  do grant, release and confirm all that tract or parcel of 
land lying to the Southward of Spring Creek and between the two branches West 
of and nearest to the Ogeechee River containing 80 acres, being part of a tract 
originally granted Hannah Freeby, said grant dated 16yh of April 1795
