Ogeechee River-Rawls burying ground

1887, January 3--- This Indenture made between Henry Mincy unto Easter Lee, 
both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $238 dollars, 
doth grant and sell and convey all that tract of land situate in the 47th Dist. 
of Bulloch County, containing 119 acres.  Except one-forth  of an acre  known 
as the “Rawls burying ground” . The said 199 acres bounded as follows;  North 
by Hattie A. Rawls, East by the Ogeechee River , West by Abram Mincy Sr. and 
South  by J.L. Wilson.
