Mince - Mincy Mill Written: 1884 Bulloch County Georgia Superior Court Deeds-Mortgages James M Mincy - Mincy Mill 1884, June 4 --- Pursuant to an order of the Court of Ordinary, Bulloch County, after 30 days advertised in the Statesboro Eagle. This Indenture made and entered into between Mary Mincy, Guardian of Justun Mincy, Lunatic, unto James M. Mincy, all of Bulloch County. For and in consideration of the sum of $270 dollars hath sold & convey all that tract or lot of land known as the Mincy Mill and containing 135 acres. Witnesses: s/ Mary Mincy _. _. Franklin J.S. Recorded May 21, 1890 James M. Mincy 1884, July 6--- This Indenture made between James M. Mincy of Bulloch County unto E.E. and G.W. Foy of Effingham County. For and in consideration of the sum of $475.50 dollars, does hereby sell and convey a certain tract or lot of land situated in the 1320th Dist. G.M. of Bulloch County, containing 317 acres bounded on the West by ______ than Hendrix, on the North by E.E. and G.W.
