3) granted  Rebecca Kirkland- October 14, 1851- 700 acres and 100 acres sold 
off, leaving 600 acres
4) granted  James Elarbee- December 1, 1857- 50 acres
5) granted  James Elarbee- December 1, 1853- 38 acres
6) granted  James Elarbee- December 1, 1857- 15 acres.

Said lands bounded by; Allen Jones, Moses Mercer, M. Lanier, S. Lindsey, Jasper 
Parish & Henry Parish.
