Allen Davis-Davis Mill Pond

State of South,	      Know all men by these presents that I, Thomas J. Morris 
of Barnwell County, South Carolina		      Carolina for and in 
consideration of the sum of $650 dollars doth grant, bargain, sell 1890, 
December 11   and release unto B. Frank Morris, all that certain portion or 
tract of land known as a 			      part of “Magnolia” in 
Bulloch County containing 100 acres cut from the Northern side of the said 
Magnolia tract containing 694 acres by a line running from the southwest corner 
of a tract of 40 acres belonging to A.D. Dutton and running West or 
Southwesterly direction to Davis Mill Pond the same being bounded on the North 
by P. Cone Hagins Guardian, East by A.D. Dutton, South by Thomas J. Morris and 
on the West be Allen Davis.

William GF. Holmes - “Magnolia” Tract

State of South	     To all whom these presents may concern that I, William F. 
Holmes of Barnwell Carolina                    County, South Carolina for and 
in consideration of the sum of $3500 dollars
1890, December 11  unto Thomas J. Morris of Barnwell County, South Carolina do 
grant, bargain, sell and 
                                 release all that tract or parcel of land known 
as “Magnolia” Tract in the County of Bulloch, Georgia containing 694 acres and 
bounded by P. Cone Hagins Guardian, Amos Dutton, Michael Williams, Frank 
Williams and W.A. Davis, as shown on a plat made by Adam Jones, Bulloch County 
Surveyor on the 24th day of September 1877.

W.A. Davis Mill Pond-”Magnolia” Tract

State of South	     To all whom these presents may concern.  I, Thomas J. 
Morris of Barnwell, S.C.,
Carolina		     formerly held and bound unto William F. Holmes in 
the penal sum of  $2500
1890, December 11-dollars for the payment of the full and just sum of $625 
dollars the first day of January 
		    1892 and a like sum on the first day of January in 1893, 
1894 & 1895 making the sum of $2500 dollars do grant, bargain, sell and release 
all that parcel of land known as part of “Magnolia” 
containing  594 acres, the original tract containing 694 acres having been cut 
off from the Northern portion of said Magnolia tract by a line running from the 
Southwesterly corner of A.D. Dutton and running to Davis Mill Pond and conveyed 
to B. Frank Morris, the said 594 acres herein being bounded by B. Frank Morris &
A.D. Dutton, Michael Williams, Frank Williams and W.A. Davis, reference to plat 
made by Adam Jones, Bulloch County Surveyor on the 24th day of September 1877.

State of South	        I, B. Frank Morris of Bulloch County, Georgia bound 
unto Thomas J. Morris of
Carolina	         	       Barnwell, South Carolina in the sum of 
$880 dollars for payment in 4 equal payments
1890, December 11--  of $110 dollars, First of January 1892 and the same amount 
on the First of January in
		       the years 1873, 1874 and 1875 grant, sell and release 
all that parcel of land known as
The “Magnolia” place containing 100b acres, same being cut off from the North 
side of said “Magnolia” tract of 40 acres belonging to A.D. Dutton and running 
West or Southwesterly direction to Davis Mill Pond and bounded on the North by 
P. Cone Hagins Guardian, East by A.D. Dutton, South by said Thomas J. Morris 
and East by Allen Davis.
