1863, February 3--- This Indenture made between Thomas Nevils, Admr. Of the 
Estate of Jacob Nevils Jr.(dec.) unto C.E. Fletcher, all of Bulloch County.  
For and in consideration of the sum of $380 dollars, sell & convey all that 
tract of land lying on Lotts Creek known as Bengal containing 15 acres, being 
on the West side of Big Lotts Creek, bounded  North & West by Garrett Williams, 
South by said _____   ______ and East by the main run of Big Lotts Creek, being 
part of a survey originally granted to Bridger Jones for 294 acres.
