County of Bulloch have given to J.S. Wood & Bro., a firm composed of James S. Wood and Charles S. Wood of Savannah, my promissory note dated March 13, 1895 $109.25 and by these presents do grant, sell & convey unto said J.S. Wood & Bro. all that body of land in 1528th District GM containing 150 acres known as my Henry A. Proctor place bounded East by my 468 acre tract known as my home place, South by Thomas Thomas Mill Pond & Rachael Richardson consisting in part of 33 acres in cultivation and 117 acres in woods but boxed for turpentine, this place lies 2 miles South of River Ogeechee in the 40th District GM and being 140 acres deeded by John Brown for $200, Doc Henly ______, December 11, 1882 called the John A.
