1897, June 14--- Whereas I, J.H. Newsome of Bulloch County am indebted to W.D.
Davis of Bulloch County in the sum of $275 dollars to be due as follows; Nov.
30,1897, Nov. 1, 1898 and Han. 1, 1899, I do hereby grant, sell & convey unto
the said W.D. Davis the following described property, viz: one 8 horse engine
and Boiler, Leffler make, 1 green seed gin 35 saw Massey gin with condenser,
also 1 Grist Mill.
