For and in consideration of the goodwill and affection which I owe to my beloved daughter and her children, I hereby give all that tract of land in the County of Bulloch containing 243 acres being a part of several tracts of one granted to William Coward for 200 acres, one granted to John Lanier for 60 acres, one granted to John Dell for 50 acres which by reference to a plat made for her by George W.
