1889, June 4 --- This Indenture made between William W. Olliff and Henry I. 
Olliff, Executors of the Last Will of John Olliff, late of Bulloch County, 
deceased unto Jimmerson C. Jones, all of Bulloch County.  By virtue of the 
power and authority as conferred by the last will of said John Olliff did offer 
for sale at public auction, whereas the said Jimmerson C. Jones was the highest 
and best bidder for said land at the price of $500 dollars, all that certain 
tract lying and bounds as are shown in an attached plat containing 152 acres, 
being all the land except 18 acres cut off on the North or Northwest corner.
