Daniel Griffin mill seat

1897, July 22---This Indenture made between Harrison Olliff unto J.W. Olliff, 
both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $150 Dollars 
does grant and sell all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 
50th GM District of Emanuel County, Georgia, containing 100 acres and bounded 
as follows; North by lands of B.J. Griffin, East by D.N. Griffin, South and 
West by B.J. Kirkland, said tract known as a part of the old Daniel Griffin 
house tract of land on which an old mill seat  is situated.
