1891, January 2--- This Indenture made between Harriet Ann Parrish unto James 
H. Proctor, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of 
$800 Dollars does hereby sell and convey a certain tract of land bounded on the 
North by John Smith & Jake Jones, on the South by Harriet Ann Parrish and on 
the West by the County Poor Farm and on the East by Matthew Jones & Harriet Ann 
Parrish have sold James H. Proctor all the land on the North side of the Public 
Road leading from Statesboro to the Riggs old mill, containing 60 acres in the 
1209th Dist. GM.
