1864, December 17---This Indenture made between Griffin Parrish unto John. L. 
Patterson, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of 
$3000 Dollars hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and do grant and 
convey all that tract pf land containing 435 acres, warrant dated 3rd January 
1830, certified by Lewis Lanier as may appear in a plat, bounded North by 
Hezekiah Bowen, West by Great Lotts Creek 
South by Mitchel Lanier and West by J. Williams.  One other tract containing 
167 acres, originally granted David Bell, Jr., bounded East by Henry J. 
Parrish, Southwest by M. Lanier.
