Old Riggs Mill Pond

1897, May 24--- Whereas I, J.H. Pomeroy of Bulloch County am indebted to R.
Simmons of Bulloch County in the sum of $20 dollars to be due October 15, 1897.
 I do hereby convey and assign the following described property, viz: 4 acres of
short cotton and 3 acres of corn, up and growing on my place in the 1209th GM
District bounded North by W.J. Underwood & H.A. Riggs, Jr., East by W.J.
Underwood.  Also 10 acres of corn now up and growing on place known as the
Fuller & Proctor place, bounded North by H.A. Riggs, East by said Pomeroy and
W.J. Underwood, South by old Riggs Mill Pond and W.A. Rushing and West by W.C.
Smith.
