1893, May 19 --- This Indenture made between B.F. Porter unto A.A. Waters, both 
of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of  $10 Dollars has 
this day granted and doth by these presents, bargain, sell and convey half ( 
½ ) acre in the South corner of the Nease Tract containing ½ acre being in the 
48th district GM, bounded by B.F. Porter, North and East  and on the South and 
West by Schoolhouse lot and 
graveyard.
