1888, January 2--- This Indenture made between Charles Pretorous (sp) unto 
Austan Franklin, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum 
of $300 dollars, granted, sell & confirm 200 acres lying and being in the 
1209th District G.M. and adjoining Benjamin Wilson, S.M. Proctor and Lewis 
Akins, Maichi Akins and known as the John Akins old mill tract.
