1887, December 24--- This Indenture made between S.M. Proctor unto my Grand 
Children born to my son, W.A. Proctor, all of Bulloch County.  For and in 
consideration of my natural love and affection, grant and convey all that 
parcel of land bounded as follows, commencing at James D. Price’s corner on the 
road and from thence a straight line to the head of the Bay and to the run up 
the Mill Pond to Michael Bland’s line, to Henry H. Brannen’s land, to the 
corner & thence along said Brannen’s land to the corner of James L. Price’s, 
containing 50 acres.
