1891, November 27--- This Indenture made between James H. Proctor of Bulloch 
County unto America L. Cowart.  For and in consideration of the sum of $800 
Dollars, hath bargained, released and confirmed all that certain tract of land 
bounded as follows; on the North by John Smith and Jake Jones, on the South by 
Harriett Ann Parrish and on the West by the County Poor Farm and on the East by 
Matthew Jones and I, James H. Proctor, having sold to said America L. Cowart 
all the land on the North of the public road leading to the old Riggs Mill 
containing 60 acres.
