Indenture between Benjamin Richardson and John Woolfe 11 Aug 1805 DEED BOOK A, PAGE 86 GEORGIA This indenture made the 11th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and five between Benjamin Richarson of the state aforesaid and County of Bulloch planter of the one part and John Woolfe of the state aforesaid and County of Screvan planter of the other part ____________ that rcvd for and in consideration of the Sum of four hundred and twenty five dollars to his hand paid by John Woolfe the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath hereby granted ____________ _____and sold and by these presents ___________________ and confirm unto the said John Woolfe his heirs and assigns all that tract of land containing three hundred and fifty acres more or less laying and being at the time of Survey therof in the County of Effingham and now in Bulloch lying in the North side of Scull Creek bordered on all sides by land vacant of survey thereof Original granted to Benjm Richardson hath bargained sold and conveyed unto the ____ John Woolfe his Executors Administrators and assigns ____________________________ the aforesaid land ___________________________ to the Same belonging or appertaining to _________________ Benjamin Richardson or his heirs executors adminstrators______ assigns forever.
