Indenture between Estate of Amos Richardson et al and Benjamin Richardson

This is to certify to all persons that we the subscribers has 
(sic) bargain (sic) and sold unto Benjamin Richardson all our 
part of the Estate of Amos Richardson and Benjm Richardson 
Deceased all the lands and goods and chattels both personal 
and real estate for in consideration of fifty dollars each 
in hand paid and in consideration hereof we do acknowledge 
that we the subscribers has (sic) received full satisfaction 
for all that part of the Estate of Amos Richardson Deceased 
and Benjamin Richardson deceased that comes to our parts and 
for in consideration of fifty dollars paid unto Benjamin 
Richardson all our claims to the land or to any other part of
the Estate whether to personal or real.  In witness hereof 
we have put our hands and seals this 25th day of Mar 1800.
