Indenture between John Richardson and Willis Williamson 01 Nov 1790 DEED BOOK AA, FOLIO 133 This Indenture made the first day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety between John Richardson Planter of the State of Georgia and County of Bulloch of the one part and Willis Williamson Planter of the State and County aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the Said John Richardson for and in consideration of the Sum of two hundred Dollars to him in hand paid by the Said Willis Williamson the receipt whereof the Said John Richardson doth hereby acknowledge he the Said John Richardson hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and Sell unto the Said Willis Williamson his heirs and assigns forever, One hundred and fifty acres of Land lying in the fork of Scull Creek it being Part of two tracts granted to Benjamin Richardson and was Vacant on all sides at the time of Survey and also two hundred acres granted to John Richardson lying in the fork of Scull Creek adjoining the other hundred and fifty acres and ___________________ mans Land, the improvements, commodities, advantages, ____________________ and appurtenancies whatsoever, to the said lands above mentioned belonging or in any way appertaining to have and to hold all and singular the premises? above mentioned and of every part thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Willis Williamson his heirs and assigns for ever and the John Richardson for him and his heirs __ Said _______ and premises and every part there of against him and his heirs, and against all and every other person and persons whatsoever Except the aforesaid two hundred acres granted to the Said John Richardson adjoining __________________ __ and which he the said John Richardson ___________ his heirs and assigns forever in witness whereof we have hereunto put our hands and Seals this 24th day of November One thousand seven hundred ninety nine /s/ John Williams /s/ John Richardson (seal) /s/ Benjm Richardson /s/ Nancy Richardson GEORGIA Personally appeared before me Benjamin Richardson Esqr BULLOCH COUNTY who being duly Sworn saith that he was present and saw John Richardson and Nancy Richardson his wife Sign Seal and deliver the within deed of Conveyance to William Williamson for the purpose within mentioned and the he saw John Williams witness the Same Sworn to before this 22d day of September 1806 /s/ Benjm Richardson Thomas ____________ J.P.
