1886, June 23--- This Indenture made between A.B. Riggs unto H.A. Riggs, both 
of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the natural love and affection 
he has for his son, hereby gives, grants and conveys all that tract or parcel 
of land lying in said 1209th District GM, bounded on the North by the Public 
Road leading from Kennedy’s Mill to Statesboro, said road being the line, and 
on the South and West by the  Waters of Big Lotts Creek  and on the East by the 
Waters of Dry Branch containing 200 acres.  Also all my stock of horses, 
cattle, hogs, sheep and goats, money, notes and accounts.  Also all my 
household and kitchen furniture.  Also carts, buggy and also all farming tools 
together with all the rights and privilege.
