1879, January 9--- This Indenture made between Caroline V. Riggs unto Sarah Ann 
Dutton.  For and in consideration of the sum of $400 dollars sell & convey all 
that tract of land being in the 1209th District of the County aforesaid 
agreeably to original survey and granted to William Kerby and David Goodman, 
containing 130 acres bounded by Mill Creek on the South, by Franklin Olliff on 
the West and Green R. Slater on the East and Northeast.

For available consideration:  I hereby assign all my right, title & interest to 
the tract described in the within deed of conveyance to Seaborn Hollingsworth.  
January 13, 1880

1888, August 2--- This Indenture made between Green R. Slater unto Caroline V. 
Riggs, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $200 
dollars does convey a certain lot in the 1209th District G.M.  All that tract 
bounded on the North by J.F. Olliff, East by Josephine Woodrum and C.V. Riggs, 
South and West by Belcher’s Mill Creek containing 130 acres.  This deed is made 
and executed in lieu of one made in the year 1878 which has been lost or 
mislaid and never recorded.

[ deed dated 1879 noted Mill Creek on the South of 130 acres and deed dated 
1888 noted Belcher’s Mill Creek on the South  and West  of 130 acres.  A closer 
examination of these two deeds MAY have Belcher’s Mill Creek & Mill Creek are 
one in the same creek]
