Warranty Deed
1890, April 20 --- This Indenture made between Hannan A. Riggs unto W.W. 
Olliff, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $1500 
dollars hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed all that parcel of land 
situate, lying and being in the 1209th District G.M., bounded on the North by 
the public road leading from the town of Statesboro to Kennedy’s Mill, said 
road being the line on the East by the Waters of Dry Branch and on the South 
and West by the Waters of Big Lotts Creek, containing 200 acres, known as part 
of the lands which A.B. Riggs resided at the time of his death.
