Lotts Creek-Brannen’s Mill Pond

1878, January 1--- This Indenture made between James Rimes unto John Rimes, 
both of Bulloch County, Georgia.  For and in consideration of the sum of $800 
dollars assigns all that parcel of land lying on the Waters of Lotts Creek 
containing 492 acres, originally granted William Cook on the 27th June 1803, 
bounded SW by Big Lotts Creek and E. Alexander Brannen, on the East by 
Brannen’s Mill Pond.
