1875, September 4--- This Indenture made between John M. Rimes unto Edmond 
Kennedy, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $700 
dollars, grant, bargain, sell and convey all that parcel of land situated, 
lying Y being in the 44th GM district, on the Waters of Big Lotts Creek 
containing 492 acres, bounded NW by Eli Kennedy and said creek and East by 
Edmond Kennedy and Williams.
