1862, November 25--- This Indenture made between Thomas S. Roach of Bulloch 
County, unto John Agnew of South Carolina.  For and ion consideration of the 
sum of $3985 dollars, assigns all those tracts of land containing 1063 acres 
known as the Henry Davis Place and the Mill belonging to said place with mill 
privileges, bounded North by T.M. Proctor and by Grimes F. Williams and N. 
Cowart, South by Josiah Davis and West by John G. Slater.
