Anderson, all of Bulloch County. Witnesseth that said Roger & Moore hereafter described, to wit, the right, title and privilege of not less than 3 feet and more than 6 feet of water for the purpose of fishing, raising to have and to hold. The purpose is hereby acknowledged and the said Rogers & Moore assigns and do hereby lease to the said W.S. Anderson the privilege of backing the above named head of water on said Rogers & Moore land as far as the natural resources will permit and also the privilege of cutting a ditch parralled by the side of creek for the purpose of turning the water of Scotts Creek and other streams into said pond, the purpose of said water is for the benefit of grist mill and the term of the lease or title shall be good and binding so long as said grist mill is kept in running order.
