For and in consideration of the sum of $1500 dollars, conveyed 2 tracts originally granted James C. Mikell, then Effingham County, 4 acres originally granted Hardy Deloach, then Effingham County, it being a part of 200 acres. Also 3 other tracts, one originally granted David Lee, the other 2 granted in behalf of Thomas_______, the Admr. Was mate of James Mikell (dec.), one for 6 acres the other 28 acres by survey containing 583 acres, the resurvey is dated 28th Sept. 1830. Except 83 acres, all the low land attached to the run of the creek including all the swamp land that may be flooded by a mill being built across the creek and bounded East by the Estate of Everett, North by Wm. H. M_______ and General Lee Sr., West by General Lee, Jr. and general Lee Sr., South by the run of Mill Creek.
