Warranty Deed
1889, December 12--- This Indenture made between Joseph W. Rountree of Bulloch 
County unto Lina A. Burke of Screven County.  For and in consideration of the 
sum of $850 dollars, do grant,bargain, sell and convey all that tract or parcel 
of land situate, lying and being in the said county of Bulloch and the 1209th 
G.M. District, bounded on the North by lands of ____ Deal, on the East by lands 
of and Mill Pond of
W.H. Roberts , South by Jasper N. Akins and on the West by lands of W.G.F. 
Woodium, containing 190 acres.
