Lotts Cr.-J.B. Rushing Sr. landing

1886, May 20--- This Indenture made between John B. Rushing Sr. unto B.A. 
Harrington, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of 
$200 Dollars, doth by these presents grant, sell and convey all that parcel, 
situate, lying and being in the 44th Dist. GM on the Waters of Lotts Creek 
containing 150 acres and bounded as follows; North by Lotts Creek, South by 
W.H. Smith, East by Charles Pretorous, West by James Hendley,  I, J.B. Rushing 
Sr. reserve for myself and my children, the right of a road through said tract 
of land to Lotts Creek.  To have and to hold said tract of land exempting the 
reserved above mentioned unto him, the said B.A. Harrington.
