Lotts Creek - water mill

1882, March 10--- This Indenture made between Mary E. Rushing unto Norman W. 
Rushing, the duly constituted guardian of the personal property of Thomas 
Nevils and Simeon Nevils, minor orphans of Thomas Nevils, late of Bulloch 
County, deceased.  For and in consideration of the sum of $1600 dollars, hath 
granted, bargained and doth by these presents, sell, release, convey and 
conform unto the said Norman W. Rushing (all that tract or parcel of land lying 
in the 44th District Georgia Militia of Bulloch County)
Adjoining and bounded by the channel of Lotts Creek on the East  and on the 
other sides by James Williams, William Hollaway and Peter E.L. Nevils, said 
tract containing 470 acres with the  ½ interest and estate in a water mill, 
gin, cotton press and attachments.
