Rushing from Bulloch County unto Robert M. Butler and Henry D. Stevens and C.G. Bell, copartners doing business in the City of Savannah, Georgia under the firm name of Butler & Stevens. By these presents doth grant, bargain, sell and convey all of that certain parcel of land lying in the 44th GM District of Bulloch County containing 337 acres bounded on the North by W.W. Olliff, on the East by H.M. Williams and H.B. Colson and on the West by my own and upon which I now reside, said described land being part of tract originally 714 acres as shown by resurvey Plat now in my possession. Also 1 saw, grist, and rice mill and gin known as Bird and Daughtry Mill situated on Lotts Creek above the old Riggs Mill in the 45th GM District, Bulloch County and that certain tract containing 300 acres upon which said mill and gin is now situated.
