1898, March 7---This Indenture made between James B. Rushing unto Mikell Bland,
James Bruce and E.M. McElveer and Trustees for a Primitive Baptist Church at
Middle Ground, said County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $2 dollars
and their successors, office for Church and burial purposes, the following
described land, to-wit; 1 ½ acres situated and being bounded North and East by
James Rushing, South by Church land.
