1899, July 6--- This Indenture made between J.W. Rustin, George E. Wilson, J.W.
Jones and P.C. Harper as Trustees of the Methodist South T_____ Church unto P.C.
Waters, W.C. Iler, David Buie as Trustees of  the Upper Black Creek Baptist
Church, both parties of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of
$5 dollars, all the following described property, to-with; 1 acre of land lying
in the 47th District GM of Bulloch County.  Bounded as follows; North by Mud
Road and on all other sides by J.W. Cone, joining on opposite, the Upper Black
Creek Primitive Baptist Church, house of worship.
