Sorrier unto Henry Groover and Jane Goodman, Church Committee, all of Bulloch County. For and in consideration of the sum of $15 Dollars, do sell all that tract or parcel of land situated in the 47th GM of Bulloch County, bounded on all sides by lands of C.A. Sorrier and designated by a lightwood post at each corner containing one and one quarter (1 ¼) of an acre, said lands are to be used for primitive Church purposes and for no other and when used other than for Primitive Church purposes then the Church cease to exist and the said bargained premises is to be solely the property of the Church and not subject to the debts of any members.
